Own the client relationship after launch — check-ins, tuning, retention, and catching expansion opportunities.
You'll be the face clients see after onboarding — making sure Dialed In is booking jobs, Switched On is bringing in calls, and owners feel heard. Great fit for someone who's been in customer success, account management, or small-business ops.
