We collect information you provide directly through our contact and intake forms, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business phone number.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site:
- Usage data through Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type)
- Advertising data through Meta Pixel (used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads)
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access times)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Contact you about our services, including Dialed In and Switched On
- Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it

Third-Party Services

- Google Analytics — website analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to data they collect. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta Pixel — advertising measurement. Meta's privacy policy applies. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook Ad Settings.
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing. Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored by Netlify on our behalf.
- SMS messaging provider — for clients who use our Dialed In service, we work with a third-party business-messaging platform registered with U.S. carriers (10DLC) to send text messages on your behalf. This provider processes phone numbers and message content as needed to deliver those texts.
SMS & Text Messaging
If you sign up for our Dialed In service, we send automated SMS (text) messages on your behalf to customers who call your business and don't reach you. These messages are sent through a carrier-registered 10DLC campaign and comply with applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
For customers who receive these texts through our service, we collect:
- The phone number they called from
- The content of their reply messages, so the AI can respond and so you (the business owner) can see the conversation
- Opt-out records, if they reply STOP
Every automated reply includes "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." When a recipient replies STOP, we immediately cease sending them messages and record their opt-out. Message and data rates from the recipient's carrier may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in information collected through our messaging service with any third parties for marketing purposes. This is both our policy and a requirement of our 10DLC registration with U.S. carriers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate our site and deliver our services.
Data Retention
We retain form submissions for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up on inquiries. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Meta.
Your Choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the browser add-on linked above. You can manage Meta ad tracking through your Facebook settings. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted through our forms, contact us at info@tropiclinedigital.com.
